Hunters’Glen Master Insurance Policy Deductible $ 5000.00 Besure your Homeowner policy insurer is aware of this when purchasing insurance.

Requests for common area issues should be called into our office so that the service call can be scheduled, if an emergency issue our phones are 24/7.  Usually service calls are scheduled within the next 24 hours if possible. Emergency calls are decided by the office or our answering  service based on our understanding of what we consider an emergency.

Certificate of Insurance – Once a year your mortgage holder will ask for this . Contact the management company with the bank information or supply a copy of their letter and we will order the certificate for you and fax a copy to the mortgage holder.

FIOS  and cable are on – site

When scheduling service or installation of FIOS or cable in buildings 25 & 26, access to FIOS is in the storage room across from the laundry room. For 27 & 28 when arranging for service or work to be done for FIOS , contact the management office when scheduling the service as they will need access by the management company when they come . Calling when a service person is already there, there will be a wait time before someone can come to the complex.
