Winter is here and your cooperation is needed to have the plowing done in a timely manner. The object is to keep the main road open during the night and once vehicles start moving in the morning the next project is to clean up all large open parking areas. The plow people make a few return trips for major clean up. This is where you can help by moving vehicles to large cleared areas to allow the rest to be cleaned up. The earlier the better.

Drain Your Outside Faucets

With November upon us, it’s time to drain your outside faucets.  As a reminder, here’s what you do:

  1. Olde Stage Stop Village and Ocean Colony Landing Complexes.
  2. Turn off your shut off valve inside your unit
  3. Open outside faucet and allow to drain (it will take a few minutes).
  4. Close outside valve and do not open until Spring
