Town of Marshfield Transfer Rates – 2016                   Appliance disposal

Any appliance with freon requires a Tag purchased at the Marshfield Town Hall of which the the cost of the tag is $ 15.00 , we charge            $ 50.00 plus town charge to remove a air conditioner dehumidifier or water cooler.  We charge $ 50.00 plus town fee to remove a freezer or refrigerator. That requires two men.

TV’s and monitors there is a town charge of $ 10.00 per item, we charge $ 25.00 plus the town charge.

A dishwasher, stove, microwave, there is no  tag cost by the town.    Our handling cost is $ 30.00 per appliance to come to you, remove the appliance and take it to the town dump.

Basement Cleanouts

Our Trailer light load to the dump – $ 100.00 plus labor at $ 40.00 per man, per hour.

Heavy ( weight ) load – Weight at scale plus – labor as above.

Hot Water Tank disposal

No cost of dump disposal $ 50.00 regular size tank ( 40 – 60 gallon tank ) If getting new your plumber / supplier should remove it for you.

Larger tank that requires two men, dump cost plus $ 100.00.

Mattress Disposal

Cost to remove mattresses – $ 100.00 per mattress. This is the same charge your Association gets charged if the container people take them. Because there are springs in them they have to be separated from general trash. If they are left out at night, the Association will fine anyone caught doing that. Call for proper disposal and pay for your personal disposal items.

Sliders – Remove and Replace

Hunters’ Glen Sliders must be Bronze exterior ( Interior frame is white ) – Estimate cost $ 800.00 to $ 1,000.00 depends on possible removal issues.

Olde Stage Stop Village – Storm door remove / replace / disposal          Labor only – $ 200.00 to $ 225.00.

Unit entry door entry door – remove / replacement / disposal        Labor estimate $ 350.00 – $ 450.00, depends on removal issues.

Dryer vent cleaning – Currently looking into a quote as each complex is different.

Windows Remove and replace

Most double hung window labor charges only to remove / replace / disposal are $ 175.00 per window – This is the style Olde Stage Stop Village. The current replacement windows we used in 2018 were about $ 200.00 – $ 225.00 per window. That depended on shipping costs or pick up costs.

Hunters’ Glen has ( Bronze frame exterior/ white interior side )  Casement style windows – Labor only to remove / replace / dispose of   Large window – $ 325 – $ 350. , small window – $ 275
