Emergency Services

Service Calls – 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM our minimum Service call for Unit Owner issues is $ 45.00 and after hours all calls will be reurned within 20 minutes to decide whether an emerency or the issue can be moved to the next buisness day. A lockout is not considered an emergency call and if it can be done, there is a charge of $ 25.00 during the day, and  $ 75.00 after hours. A lockout response is a considered a courtesy only.

 

Hunters’ Glen Heating issues

Has a contract 24/7 for all heat and hot water issues as well as common area issues.

Olde Stage Stop Village –

Has no contract for 24/7 services – Basic operations are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

After hours calls will be followed up within 20 minutes to discuss any issue. If common area issues it will be scheduled for the following day. If it is considered an emergency by the caller, the issue will be discussed and decided on how it can or will be addressed and when. All after hours calls association or otherwise may have a charge for same.

If you have gas we can trouble shoot the problem before you call a plumber. This would be considered a Service Call should we need to arrive there.

Pilgrim Trails  –  There is no 24/7 after hours contract at the complex. Heating and all common area issues during the day Monday-Friday are considered a Service Call.

After hours calls are still considered a Service Call and we will follow up within 20 minutes with a return call to best decide what needs to be done and when it will be scheduled.

Lockouts, only if we have a copy of your keys

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – $ 25.00 to stop whatever we are doing to get your key’s and come to you.

5:00 PM – 8:00 AM – $ 75.00 to go get your key’s and come to you. 2nd time $ 100.00 and thereafter.

If we don’t have a copy of your keys, please call a Locksmith, we do not provide Locksmith services.

Water Issues – Of any kind in a common area, inside or outside please call to let us determine what needs to be done.

Water issues inside a unit – Call to see if we can trouble shoot the problem, there is no charge for that topic as it may relate to another unit or association issue.
