Marshfield Property Management is a management company owned by Al Phinney – who has been in the property management business for  41  years. The company handles all aspects of property management including maintenance, rentals, repairs, record keeping, and unit reconditioning.

The company currently manages the day to day operations for 60 units in Marshfield, Massachusetts, including Hunters’s Glen Condominiums, Plain  Street.We provide 24 hour answering service 7 days a week, year round for emergency services related to common areas’ septic systems, hot water and heating systems. While the interior is the unit owner’s responsibility, please call if we can be of service in an emergency.
Services Offered to a Condominium Association:
We handle the day to day operations of a complex 9:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday regarding communication with all residents relating to common area topics:

• The general business of people dealing with people ( Owners and tenant questions )
• Unit Owners that rent their units, we always have people inquiring about rentals at all the different complexes that we deal with. We do Rental Application processing /Screening and credit backgrounds for our Unit Owners if we handle your rental.
